Dampak Covid19 terhadap Perekonomian

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan virus corona yang berasal dan pertama kali muncul dari kota Wuhan, China pada akhir Desember 2019. Di duga Covid-19 ini berasal dari hewan kelewar dan setelah di telusuri, orang-orang yang terinfeksi virus ini merupakan orang-orang yang memiliki riwayat telah mengunjungi pasar basah makanan laut dan hewan lokal di Wuhan, China.

Manusia merupakan mahluk sosial yang memungkinkan saling berinteraksi secara langsung sehingga tingkat penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 semakin pesat, hingga Kamis, 26 maret 2020 tercatat 198 negara yang terinfeksi oleh Covid-19.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terinfeksi pandemi Covid-19, pada 26 Maret 2020 tercatat 893 orang positif virus Corona. Diantaranya, 35 orang sembuh, 780 orang di rawat, dan 78 orang meninggal.

Salah satu penyebab virus corona mudah menyebar di Indonesia adalah karena Indonesia merupakan negara dengan Sektor pariwisata. Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia dan memiliki kontribusi devisa terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah devisa hasil ekspor Kelapa Sawit.

Sektor pariwisata memiliki dampak jangka pendek dan jangka panjang pada perekonomian Indonesia. Dampak jangka pendek dapat di rasakan secara langsung, sedangkan dampak jangka Panjang dapat dilihat dengan bertambahnya pendapatan nasional, namun dengan adanya Covid-19 semuanya tak lagi sama.

Sektor pariwisata yang sekarang mengalami kelesuan sehingga daya beli menurun secara drastis karena berkurangnya pengunjung baik turis lokal maupun turis mancanegara, yang secara otomatis pendapatan dan devisa yang di hasilkan dari sektor pariwisata semakin menurun.

Surat Edaran (SE) yang dikeluarkan pemerintah pada 18 Maret 2020, segala kegiatan di dalam dan di luar ruangan di semua sektor yang terkait pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif ditunda sementara waktu demi mengurangi penyebaran corona.

Hal ini mengakibatkan sektor pariwisata menjadi lumpuh sementara, sehingga pengangguran semakin bertambah karena pariwisata merupakan salah satu wadah yang memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar tempat wisata maupun masyarakat dari luar.

Contohnya, Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort melakukan penutupan yang di mulai pada tanggal 22 Maret 2020 serta 120 karyawan dipulangkan karena adanya penurunan bisnis yang di akibatkan oleh pandemi dari virus corona ini.

Bukan hanya sektor pariwisata yang mengalami kelumpuhan sementara, tetapi para karyawan dari jenis perusahaan lainnya ikut merasakan dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Yang dimana pekerjaan atau kegiatan yang biasanya dilakukan diluar rumah secara langsung sekaran terpaksa harus dilakukan di dalam rumah.

Serta ada banyak pula karyawan yang terancam pemberhentian hak kerja (PHK) karena banyak pekerjaan yang tidak memungkinkan untuk dikerjakan dirumah, seperti halnya kegiatan produksi yang bergantung pada mesin yang berada di tempat produksi.

PHK ini juga dilakukan karena kurangnya pembelian dari konsumen dan dibatasinya ekspor ke negara tertentu sehingga akan menghambat ekspor dan mengurangi pendapatan perusahaan, bahkan perusahaaan bisa mengalami kerugian. Ada pun penyebab lain dari di PHK nya para karyawan yaitu karena kelangkaan bahan baku untuk diproduksi yang di impor dari negara luar seperti dari negara Thiongkok sehingga akan menghambat kegiatan industri.

Perusahaan yang berhenti beroperasi dan peningkatan jumlah angka pengangguran dapat menghambat dan mengurangi produk domestik bruto (PDB) serta menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Presiden Indonesia, Joko Widodo atau Jokowi mengungkapkan alasan mengapa tidak mengeluarkan kebijakan lockdown dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19.

"Kemudian ada yang bertanya kenapa kebijakan lockdown tidak kita lakukan. Perlu saya sampaikan setiap negara memiliki karakter berbeda-beda, budaya berbeda-beda, kedisplinan yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, kita tidak memilih jalan itu (lockdown)," kata Jokowi saat memberikan pengarahan kepada gubernur se-Indonesia melalui video conference, Selasa (24/3/2020).

Presiden Indonesia tidak mengeluarkan kebijakan lockdown bukan tanpa alasan, menurut beliau setiap negara memiliki karakter dan budaya yang berbeda-beda. Beliau juga mengaku telah melakukan kalkulasi dan analisis yang matang terhadap negara-negara yang melakukan kebijakan lockdown.

“Kebijakannya seperti apa semua dari Kemenlu dari Dubes yang ada terus kita pantau setiap hari. Jadi yang paling pas di negara kita physical distancing, menjaga jarak aman," jelas dia.

"Kalau itu bisa kita lakukan saya yakin kita bisa mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 ini," sambung Jokowi.

Jika presiden mengeluarkan kebijakan lockdown maka akan berdampak besar pada pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia, hal ini di sebabkan oleh kegiatan perekonomian yang akan berhenti secara besar-besaran. Sebagai gantinya pemerintah juga mengeluarkan kebijakan lainnya seperti belajar, bekerja, dan beribadah dari rumah untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19.

Meskipun kebijakan tersebut di berlakukan, namun masih ada saja masyarakat yang menyalahgunakan kebijakan ini, seperti kegiatan belajar dan bekerja di rumah di gunakan untuk berlibur di luar kota. 

Sehingga penyelewengan kebijakan ini dapat memperluas dan mempercepat penyebaran virus Corona, baik dari yang disebarkan oleh para pengunjung kepada masyarakat setempat, maupun yang disebarkan oleh masyarkat setempat kepada para pengunjung.

Sebagai warga negara yang baik dan patuh pada pemerintah dan aturan kita hanya perlu disiplin terhadap kebijakan social distancing dan physical distancing (jaga jarak aman) #dirumahAja untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19 dan perekonomian Indonesia cepat pulih kembali.

My experience while at home🏡

      Hi👋introduce my name is Thouresyah Aprillia I went to high school 1 Purwosari, here is will discuss about my experience during school holidays remember there covid 19. Sometimes I get bored at home because I want to  go to school and hang out with friends,joke around together, go to the cafeteria together and more. When I was at home a lot of work that I had to complete such as washing dishes, helping mothers cook,sweep, wash clothes and much more. And many more task that must be done from our teacher even though I often sleep and play on my handsome I feel out of focus if the task is not finished so I also do it so that I do not mind and have no thoughts at all.  

      Therefore we must always maintain our health and always maintain cleanliness in our home environment so as not to be affected by the virus because the virus is deadly. And in Indonesian many people are affected by the virus and many victims have died,  therefore we must remain silent at home if there is no urgent interest. But we may not go out in the red zone areas like Making and Surabaya and many more. In my village every week, I always spray disinfectants to get rid of the virus. From this holiday I sometimes wake up during the day because I sleep too late at night because I see movies on my handphone. 

      My hope is that this virus will soon be eliminated and go to school soon to meet with friends and get together again😊

Narrative Text ( Jayaprana-Layonsari )

Jayaprana - Layonsari

     A long time ago in the kingdom of  Kalianget, a small village in North Bali, there lived a powerful king, whose name has long been forgotten. It happened an epidemic struck the whole village, killing most of villagers. One of the few survivors was I Nyoman Jayaprana, and then he live in the palace to serve the King.

      In the palace Jayaprana grew up to become a handsome, brave and intelligent young man and became the favorite of the palace maids. The King thought it was time for Jayaprana to be married. “Please, you’re Majesty! I’m not intended to reject the word of the King. I want to get married but not with the palace maids. If permitted, I want to seek a wife outside the palace” said Jayaprana with respect. “Well Jayaprana if that’s what you want. I’m not going to stop you to choose a wife according to the choice of your heart,” said the King. Then, he went to the market and he saw a very beautiful girl, called Ni Nyoman Layonsari, and fell in love with her at the first sight. Layonsari too, later fell in love with Jayaprana, and then the couple were engaged to married.
Soon, the wedding took place at the palace.      Everybody was so happy. However, the King was not happy at all. After the wedding party, the King ordered his loyal man, Maha Patih Saunggaling. “Layonsari is too precious for a servant like Jayaprana. I want her! So that’s why I ordered you go to Teluk Terima, and kill Jayaprana there, but not let Layonsari know about this” he said.
     The following day, Jayaprana got an order from the King. He was go to Teluk Terima with Maha Patih Saunggaling. Before leaving for the battle Jayaprana gave Layonsari a message; “Layonsari, My beautiful wife, if this flower turns wilted, it indicates that I’m killed. I believe, if you’re wait faithfully for me, our love will exist forever” Layonsari became very sad, then Layonsari sang for Jayaprana with her deepest heart.
     After arriving in the jungle, Saunggalin gave Jayaprana a letter from the King, it read; “Jayaprana I have ordered you to this place because I want to get rid of you. Saunggaling will cut your head and Layonsari shall be my wife.”
     After reading the letter Jayaprana knew that this only a trap. Saunggaling then killed him.
     Meanwhile, in the palace, Layonsari was convinced that something bad had happened to her husband, then the flower that given by her husband has been wilted.
“Layonsari, I feel very sorry that my beloved man, your husband, has died in the fight in Teluk Terima. I understand how difficult it is for you to face this, therefore I’ve come here to propose you to be my wife,” he said.
     “No, impossible. I’d rather die, than be slaves to marry someone who had killed my husband!” Layonsari refused him firmly, then Layonsari run to the kingdom’s weapon stored, the king ran after her quickly, but it was too late. Layonsari pick up a keris and stabbed her self. Blood gushed from her body. “Layonsari! What are you doing! Are you crazy?!” the King screamed, knowing that he had failed.
